Ireland is a small country that packs a huge punch. It has beautiful seascapes, quaint little towns, great food, and of course, great beer! With more sheep than people (or so it seems) at times it feels like you're the only one exploring. In spite of it's small size, we found there was more in Ireland than you could possibly fit into a week, or even two! We opted to start in Belfast and head north to the Antrim Coast and then west to the Wild Atlantic Way. We headed south to reunite with friends in County Galway, to the Cliffs of Moher in County Clare and finally, to Dublin.
Our itinerary was jam packed: we learned about "The Troubles" from local guides in Northern Ireland, road tripped up the Antrim Coast to enjoy the stunning views, ate homemade honeycomb ice cream and sipped craft beer. From start to finish we found the scenery, people, food and drink were second to none.
